On Thursday, President Donald Trump spent part of his day honoring active duty members for Thanksgiving. While most were still sleeping on their day off, Trump woke up early and held a teleconference with “five branches of the military serving overseas,” according to CNN.
Trump told them, “We're very, very proud of you. Everybody in this country is watching, and they are seeing positive reports for a change.”
What you are doing with ISIS is again being talked about — with armed forces, we're really winning. We know how to win, but we have to let you win. You weren't winning before. They were letting you play even. We want to let you win.
