I...I agree that exercise works to fight depression. I take a six mile walk twice a week, and split firewood and stack it every day. I enjoy listening to football or baseball on the radio as I do so. I have been doing this for 45 years, and there is nothing like the fresh, cold air and feeling of satisfaction when you can bust an entire cord in one day.<br />I am 62, no happy pills for me!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
