Media Watch: Why is the mainstream media ignoring fact that Gun Violence is Decreasing?

Fox News panel discussing why the US Media is ignoring the fact that Gun Violence is down in the last 20 years. Fox News Watch's panel tackled the subject of decreasing gun violence statistics Saturday, discussing why the media isn't covering newly released statistics showing a reduction in gun violence. Citing a new Department of Justice study that shows a decrease in gun homicides from 1993-2011, host Jon Scott cited polls showing a lack of awareness among Americans for decreased gun violence, and asked if the media is covering up these positive statistics.

This isn't hard to understand. The media are the propaganda arm of the Left, so when the facts run against their preferred narrative — that guns in private hands are always bad — the facts have to disappear from public discussion.

Correct. Certain MSM outlets clearly are sympathetic to or even coordinating messages with the left- and its well-funded with strategic purpose.

We dont need to debate the facts of
1. Journolist
2. Think Progress and Media Matters
3. Relatives of CNN, CBS, ABC working at White House inner staff.
