NEW YORK — Wall Street stocks fell in relatively quiet trading Friday . The Dow Jones industrial average ended down about 127, but the blue chips rose 4.7% for the week — the best gain since March 2003. Broader stock indicators also advanced. The S&P 500 declined 5.87 points, or 0.6%, to 940.56, up 4.6% from last Friday's close. The Nasdaq dropped 6.42 points, or 0.4% to finish at 1,711.28 tallying a weekly gain of 3.7%

RAGING BULL:
Is the Bull Market back? Stocks this week had their best gain since 2003 with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 4.8%. Even Warren Buffet has said now is the time to be buying US stocks.
