BREAKING - Governor Sarah Palin resigning as Alaska's Governor

In a press conference from her Wasilla home Alaska Governor Sarah Palin announced that not only will she not seek re-election in 2010 but that she will be resigning from as Governor effective July 26, 2009. Why? The reasons given were the bogus ethics charges leveled at her, that she would be a lame duck governor and she didn't need a title to be an advocate for causes. Fox New's Bill Kristol thinks she may be "Crazy like a Fox" and this is the start of a 3 1/2 year presidential campaign. Only time will tell what lies in Palin's future. We look forward to her upcoming book that she is writing. Until then we leave you with her press conference video.

Local station KTUU has an excellent story you can read here.
Hot Air.com has an excellent rundown of all the speculation you can read here.

More information on “grassroots” supporters gathering across the nation to support Sarah Palin for President in 2012 can be found online at www.palin4pres2012.com

Note, the website is in danger of crashing due to the flood of readers and supporters signing up to show their interest in a Palin Candidacy. The GOP establishment had better watch out, Sarah Palin and Ron Paul combined with the power of the internet will remove the stranglehold of GOP special interests and the elites who have brought the party to its knees in defeat in the 2008 elections.

I'll check out that link to Hot Air.

I think that many of us are curious as to Palin's future intentions.
