50 years early - Social Security is in debt!

First and foremost - a huge Hat Tip to Hot Air.com. Well President Bush warned us repeatedly that Social Security was insolvent. He even said as much in the 2005 State of the Union Address and was booed. Well now, the Congressional Budget Office has projected that Social Security is running a deficit and by 2016 will be in permanent deficit.
