Today is primary election day in four states: Pennsylvania, Oregon, Kentucky and Arkansas. Both parties will be selecting the men and women who will compete in the November Elections. And today is the date of the much anticipated Pennsylvania 12 Congressional Election to fulfill the term of the late Democrat Jack Murtha.
