Hope and Change Update ($5.29 a gallon for gas in D.C.)
Remember in 2008 when Nancy Pelosi claimed that the Democrats had a "Common Sense" strategy to lowering gas prices. Gas then was selling at the unheard of price of $3 a gallon. Well as seen Monday in Washington D.C.
