The Democrat Party's War on Jobs:
You won't find this in the State Run Media but when the Democrats took over Congress in January 2007 the Unemployment Rate was 4.6%. When they were elected to take over Congress in November 2006 the Unemployment Rate was 4.4%. Amazingly the Left Wing "Mainstream" media convinced significant portions of the country that we were in recession. The month by month Unemployment Rates: Republican years are in Red, Democrat years are in blue.

I suppose the same could be said for Republicans and THEIR war on a lower deficit. We went from having the largest surplus in money in history when Clinton left office to the largest under the Republicans (ill-advised tax "refunds," tax-cuts during war-time, etc.). I'm not convinced that any plan..Republican OR Democrat will generate the number of jobs needed to undo the current employment crisis (and it IS a crisis).
