Casey Anthony to be released from jail next Wednesday July 13, 2011
Casey Anthony, acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee, will be released from jail next Wednesday, her attorney told ABC News.
Anthony, 25, was ordered today to remain in jail after Judge Belvin Perry sentenced her to four years in jail and a fine of $4,000 on her conviction of lying to law enforcement officials.
The judge gave her four consecutive jail sentences, but she has already served nearly three years and would get credit for time served as well as good behavior. Perry originally estimated Anthony could be freed in late July or early August, but Anthony's attorney Jose Baez told ABC News that she will be released July 13.

Since "it" will soon be rich, why not make"it" pay back FL for all the manpower and all other resources used to search for a little girl's body that this icky creature knew the location of, about which she lied.
Has this not been looked into?
Pardon me while I vomit.

I don't know anything about the laws but I am confused about this trial and verdict. Couldn't the jury come back and say that they couldn't agree on an innocent or a guilty verdict and then Casey would of stayed in jail and the prosecution would of had another chance to round up evidence to prove her guilt somehow? They could of had another trial right? If this is true I don't understand why the jury didn't do that. and how did she get away with child neglect or child endangerment? It's her child, she had custody, she went missing and not reported as such for 31 days and then found dead. She wasn't protecting her child. I am just not understanding any of this. That is child neglect in my mind.
