Why would the Libyan people celebrate? They actually liked Gaddafi. They are also aware that these "rebels" are nothing more than bankster-paid mercs raining down on Gaddafi for committing the cardinal sin of not handing over the goods.
John Perkins and many ex-intelligence officers have gone on the record on how these "rebellions" work.
Oh, and these "rebels" have set up a a Sharia law constitution - the Libyans will love their freedom now!
