The 2012 Electoral Map:

Gallup has a done a superlative job of plotting President Obama's Approval Index, State by State.  In only 10 states, plus the District of Columbia does President Obama have a approval index above 50%.  One of those, Illinois he is at 50.6%.  In 47 States his approval index has declined, while it increased in only 3 states.  Clearly President Obama has his work cut out for him in 2012.
