The Simpsons: 500 Episodes and still going strong!

Now in its 23rd Season The Simpsons is broadcasting its 500th episode tonight.  Already The Simpsons is the longest running Sitcom, the longest running cartoon and the longest running scripted TV show in history.

When the show is on you laugh until you cry.  I still remember in Iraq seeing an episode in the dining facility and laughing myself silly until it hurt.  Same thing in Afghanistan, a Simpsons episode always made the day easier.

Again, congratulations to The Simpsons for their 500 show!  Hopefully there will be at least 500 more!!
