The Law If there's any doubt the Supreme Court upheld the most substantial elements of Arizona's law to enforce U.S. immigration law, take a look at the scorched-earth response from the Obama administration to punish the state.
Preferences:  Democrat Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren says she listed herself as Cherokee to get invited to tribal "luncheons." So, why did she turn down a powwow with her alleged kin?
Urban Decay:  Another weekend of violence in the president's hometown, now run by his former chief of staff. If you want to see the fruits of a presidential second term, look at the decline of his city.
Hysteria:  The scientist who brought us the Gaia theory that Earth is a living being, which has led to a bizarre planet worship, has decided that global warming alarmists have gone too far. It's nice to see some clear thinking.
Scandal:  The president's spokesman confuses a "controlled delivery" operation known as Wide Receiver with the quite different Fast and Furious and couldn't even remember the name of the Border Patrol agent killed by it.
First Amendment:  In a 7-to-2 decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that public-sector unions violate the Constitution when they force nonmembers to finance their ideological activities. Big Labor's bullies lose again.
SpendingThe Senate passed a farm bill Thursday that will cost nearly $1 trillion, with more than three-fourths of the expenditures going to food stamps. Couldn't our lawmakers dial it back a bit? Apparently not.
The Obama Record:  The most frightening aspect of this president may not be his radical ideology but his rank dishonesty in selling that ideology. Now he's been caught lying about family racism.

The article on today's ruling by SCOTUS on AZ made some interesting points. But, I though the following on spoke volumes about the superficiality of the current administration:

"Scandal: The president's spokesman confuses a "controlled delivery" operation known as Wide Receiver with the quite different Fast and Furious and couldn't even remember the name of the Border Patrol agent killed by it."

The inmates are running the asylum!
