Redux. COLOR WISCONSIN RED!

We covered this before but not only is Wisconsin in play but with Rep Paul Ryan at the top of the ticket Wisconsin likely will vote for the Republican ticket for President.  We covered this in detail recently Cover Wisconsin Red.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that Paul Ryan has won election SEVEN TIMES IN A DEMOCRATIC DISTRICT.  Not since 1984 has a Republican President candidate won Wissconsin 1st Congressional District.  In 2008 President Obama won this district by 4 points.  Paul Ryan won it by 29 points!  In the Democratic wave elections of 2006 and 2008 Paul Ryan won re-election by 26 and 29 points.  In 2010 he won by OVER 100,000 votes and received 68% of the vote, in a Democratic District.

With these kind of numbers from WI-1 this should be enough to Color Wisconsin Red.
