Senator Rand Paul Gets his Answer:
"The answer is no". By now we all know Senator Rand Paul conducted a rare 13 hour filibuster yesterday to try and get an answer to whether it is lawful for the United States Government conduct an Drone Strike on US Citizens on American Soil. He got his answer, via a One Page Letter today:
