"People"! President Obama's speech isn't loaded onto the teleprompter. . .
and the result is hilarious. Alternative heading - 'There's never a teleprompter around when you need one'. While most people would have talked off the cuff, extemporaneously, this President needs his speech loaded onto the teleprompter. What do you think?

What I don't get is his "people" bit. Does he not know who's behind the curtain or who should have had his speech there?
