With a relatively slow news day on the Syria front, Bill O’Reilly turned his attention Friday night to the recall election in Colorado, in which two state senators were removed from office due to their pro-gun control votes. O’Reilly went after Sen. Angela Giron (D-Pueblo) for blaming “voter suppression” and praised Brooke Baldwin for challenging her in a combative CNN interview.
“Good for her, Brooke Baldwin,” O’Reilly said after playing the CNN clip. He called the voter suppression claim “nonsense” and told Giron, “Hey lady, people in your district didn’t want you to serve them anymore because you didn’t reflect their values.”
