Kentucky Derby Video. California Chrome won the 140th Kentucky Derby at historic Churchill Downs on Saturday. The favorite at post time, California Chrome and jockey Victor Espinoza started from the fifth position and pulled away late for the win over the 1 1/4-mile distance.
