Via Live Streaming - Hosted by C-SPAN's Steve Scully, a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence by special guests George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John and Abigail Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Ned Hector (portrayed by historical reenactors). Also featured will be performances by "The Old Guard" Fife and Drum Corps and 4-time international whistling champion, Christopher Ullman.
