Breaking: Bowe Bergdahl to Be Charged With Desertion, Officials Say
Bowe Bergdahl, who was kept captive by the Taliban in Afghanistan for five years, will be charged with desertion, according to reports. The 28-year-old Idaho native was returned to the United States during a controversial prisoner swap May 31 that saw five top Taliban commanders released from U.S. custody at Guantanamo Bay.
