Trump is the Perot factor this year. If there is no third candidate, there might be voters from Rubio, Christie, Carson, Kasich and such who might prefer Hillary Clinton instead of Trump. There is no guarantee that Trump will get the Republican establishment vote just as there is no guarantee Hillary Clinton will get the Sander's vote.
