Michelle Booker-Hicks was at the Shell station along Interstate 35 around 10 p.m. Wednesday when Ricky Wright, 36, attempted to steal her vehicle while she was paying her gas bill, police said. Booker-Hicks told FOX4 Dallas her two sons, ages 2 and 4, were sitting in the backseat at the time.
“I proceeded to jump in my backseat and told the gentleman to stop, to get out the car. He would not get out of the car. He turned around and looked at me. I reached over the armrest to get my glove compartment and that’s when I fired at him once I got the gun from my glove compartment,” Booker-Hicks recalled to the news station.

Lets call it like it is, Barry Hussein Obama was a lame duck President who’s term was limited to a couple of months when the choice for SCOTUS came up. Where as President Trump has 2 1/2 years left in his first term. Even if democrats want to re-invent the Constitution there is no precedent for waiting until after mid-term elections.
The voters chose and the left lost, so why hold up more nominees when the people have already spoken
The Democrats have to put away their anger or seek professional help and live with the reality that President Trump will pick a nominee for the Supreme Court.
While the Left continues to rely on scare tactics to create opposition to Trump’s choice for the Kennedy vacancy, even before that choice is made or announced, the president is duty-bound to make a nomination, and will likely propose someone who appreciates and honors the guidance of the U.S. Constitution, and will not legislate from the bench. For that we should all be thankful.
And it looks like the next Supreme Court Justice is going to be a Young White Catholic Woman! That will make Chuckie Schumer crap his pants, but who cares? Who cares what they say, as they say....elections have consequences.. We will see tonight at 9 p.m.
