Breaking Now: Mueller investigation finds no Trump campaign conspiracy with Russia

Mueller sensationally CLEARS Trump and his campaign of collusion with Russia over election-rigging and leaks of Democrats' emails and leaves decision on charging president with obstruction of justice to Attorney General - who decides there's not enough evidence

  • President Donald Trump's campaign did not collude with Russia in the 2016 election, Robert Mueller found in his long-awaited report 
  • The special counsel did not draw a conclusion 'one way or the other' as to whether the president obstructed justice 
  • The findings were announced in a letter from Attorney General William Barr
  • Mueller left it up to Barr as to whether to charge Trump with obstruction
  • Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made the joint decision not to 
  • 'The investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense,' Barr wrote
  • White House press secretary Sarah Sanders declared it a 'total and complete exoneration' of the president
