Hurricane Dorian Update: Storm may not make landfall in Florida, impacts still possible
The 8 a.m., Aug. 31, 2019, update on Hurricane Dorian. The new track shows Dorian may not hit Florida but the risk of strong winds and life-threatening storm surge is increasing along the coasts of Georgia and South Carolina.
