Suspect one or more of those motor officers have ridden on a PGR mission where Westboro Baptist loons protested. PGR does not use sirens, rather we use our exhausts and often several riders will pullover and dismount to make a wall of the American Flag so the families of those lost do not have to see the disgusting behavior of the protesters.
