Workers at a Pfizer Inc factory in Michigan dispatched the first shipments of its COVID-19 vaccine Sunday morning, launching the largest and most complex vaccine-distribution project ever in the United States.

If it works, why are they all wearing masks? Seems like if they had confidence in their work they would have already been vaccinated.
