This map shows where Glenn Youngkin overperformed and underperformed by county via 538:

Holy Moly!  Did Black (African Americans) win it for Youngkin???

And yes Youngkin pretty much outperformed across Virginia:

This below is the increase in vote by county.  The huge center on top is Loudon County.

And as you can see turnout was higher pretty much everywhere, but ESPECIALLY higher in the GOP Counties:
