Virginia Department of Transportation reports I-95 remains closed in the Fredericksburg area Tuesday afternoon.

Imagine that with an electric car, battery dying, can't run the engine to stay warm. Good times!
As much of a problem as it is, we All Know it would be much less of a problem if only about80% of those cars were electric. They would have to go in and rescue them. Probably having to now. Not everyone has a full tank on every trip. This is a logistics nightmare.
