Cell jammers are a cheap and easy solution
That teacher is a wimp.
Start docking final grade points for each offense, or just make the first use an automatic Fail.
Problem solved.
Well it took courage to quit. Hope he gets a better job after this. It’s just not worth the aggravation.
He allowed phones in his classroom. Fault is his.
So where are the students to put them so they do not use them? You need to be a sub-teacher to find out how it works in the classroom. The teacher has no power to enforce rules. He is not backed up by the higher ups. The student has all the power to abuse and do they ever abuse this power.
