Yes the Tax Cuts and Jobs act (TCJA) are expiring in 2025 so in 2026 there are HUGE tax increases coming - unless Republicans can take full control of Congress again. The map looks extremely favorable in the Senate - it will never look more favorable, the House is already barely in Republican control and of course the President may go to Trump.
But unless all that happens - get ready for the largest tax increase EVER - in some cases into the $10,000 range!
