A Hartford Public Schools graduate is taking legal action against the city, the Board of Education, and one of her special education teachers. Aleysha Ortiz claims she asked for educational resources and support for years, but that help never came.

Where were the parents during this years-long neglect of education?
I think the kid owns some of the problem unless she can produce dozens of others with the same issue. The BoE is obviously to blame as well.
