Saw this on Eric Daugherty but it originally comes from a NY Times article on the voting trends form 2016 to 2024. In total, some 1433 counties moved to the right in all of those three elections while only 57 moved to the left in those three election cycles. Literally every state moved to the right, and some of the biggest moves are in urban areas, including Philadelphia, New York and Honolulu! Check out the counties trending red below:
