This is an insane video! During the COVID pandemic July 2020 the Los Angeles authorities and state of California banned public fireworks outside. Not to be deterred thousands of Los Angeles residents shot them off anyway, in a massive display of public defiance over the COVID lock-downs! Even in LA people don't like being locked down!
