Notice anything about the 2030 Census appropriation projections?

 

There are actually two forecasts - the one above is absolutely devastating to the Democrats, pushing 13 Electoral Votes (and representatives) to the Republicans. This one by The American Redistricting Project (GOP Aligned) only shows 11 Electoral Votes moving to the GOP.  In either case the Democrats are absolutely screwed.  Both maps move the "swing states" to the South which is friendly territory for the GOP.  It is not a coincidence that people flee the "Blue States" and move to "Red States".
