TWO OUT OF THREE AIN'D BAD:
Recently ran across the most recent J.D. Powers automotive quality rankings. As you know JD Powers is the gold standard in automotive quality. What I found interesting is that two of the top three brands are American "Mercury" and "Cadillac" and three of the top six nameplates are Domestic with Buick up there. All three of these brands exceed BMW, Honda, Jaguar, Porsche, Mitsubishi, Infinity and Mercedes-Benz. Also interesting is the bottom six manufacturers in quality are all foreign brands (Land Rover, Suzuki, Kia, Isuzu, Saab and Volkswagen). Here it the list in its entirety:
