LIVE STREAM - Traffic still backed up on I-95. Drivers stranded for more than 18 hours
And it's probably approaching 20 hours stranded now! Authorities continue to work to clear an hours-long traffic backup on I-95 in the Fredericksburg area that started during Monday's storm.

Drivers of electric cars will not fare well in these type of situations.
If I have an electric car, should I put a solar array on the roof or a wind turbine to keep from freezing to death in all too common situations such as this one? I have to rule out a coal filled trailer as the car wouldn't have the power to pull it and the steam boiler around.
